To help students stay connected during emergencies, the Department of Education (DOE) is lending internet-enabled iPads to support remote learning for students.
To inform distribution of these devices, the DOE is asking families whether they have access to a smartphone, a laptop/tablet/computer, the internet, or none of the above. They will use this information to prioritize device distribution and inform families of pickup locations.
If you would like to request a device for a NYC student in your family, please complete a Remote Learning Device Survey sharing your best contact information.

The DOE will use the contact information you provide to get in touch with you to discuss when and where you can pick up a device. Priority will be given to students most in need, and all devices are granted on a temporary basis and will later need to be returned. There is a limit of one device per student.
Please share this information with any PS 15 families who might not receive this newsletter, particularly those who do not have access to an internet-connected device.
